What do you want from Life?

Do you know what you want from Life?

Would it amaze you to know most people want the same thing?

Who of us really wants to see our children dying in wars, especial ones that seem undefined and unjustified.

Life is not an easy task and each day seems to get harder, with issues in regard to daily life, making an income, morality, the planet, the rights of those less fortunate and it may seem like the walls are tumbling down on us. But there is still hope.

It's not only through the masses that this hope will come. It may be one small voice and the voice may be yours. Follow your heart who knows better then you what your morals should be, who knows better then you which issues are going to impact your daily life, your income, your rights.

"Even the smallest stone may change the course of the river." (I don't recall where I heard it or who wrote them) but they have made an impact because even your small voice, action can bring about great changes. They may not be today, they may not be tomorrow but don't give up on them and don't give up on you. Find your passion for life.

There is always hope as long as we are ready to believe and to try what more can you do then your best. We all know right from wrong.

This is not done by one culture, one religion, or one political party, this is done by everyone respecting all life and beauty of the world. It's done in light of all the dark doubts, anger, differences and from that darkness the light of truth, love and hope can shine. Peace, Hope, Love, Forgiveness, Wisdom, Patience are a powerful combination hold on to them and you will see the changes small at first. But the changes will come there is always hope.

Beating down the Ego beast.

I suppose it would all be much easier if we could all learn and discover the world at the same pace or in the same style but that's not a how it is, some never know who they truly are.

Some are more aware of it but say less, others are so aware of who they are they forget to see others. Their still in some small way under the same spell that Tom Cowan mentions in his book "Yearning for the Wind" a spell cast upon the people to make them believe they have "no connections to each other and no connection with nature or the rest of life."

Waking, awareness, enlightenment no matter what we call it or see it as, it is an amazing adventure. Some may sore ahead, others may drift along much slower and some may never see, hear or feel the difference and they won't even realize their missing anything.

I am plagued by the same decease as many "EGO", I think even some of the most aware has this problem too or why else would some believe themselves to be superior. But I have been thinking about this a great deal as it is the part of me that I most hate. But that's the jest of it isn't it, I know it's there I can't destroy it completely so I have to be aware of it lurking there in my dark half. So I have to be more forgiving, more patient, more loving and more accepting I have to do everything it wouldn't do.
